Kellie and Cindy founded Contemporary Home Services in 1992. Together they oversee all business operations for the company, including estimating and managing of all accounts. Under there combined knowledge, leadership and love for the company Contemporary Home Services has grown to be one of the largest privately-owned full service cleaning companies in the Pacific Northwest.

Denise is responsible for managing office operations including administration, accounts receivable, payables, billing, contracts and job costing. With over 10 years of accounting, bookkeeping and supervisory experience, Denise has been a valuable member of the CHS team since 1998.

Debbie is responsible for recruiting, hiring, screening, and training all staff members for CHS. She oversees all operations and serves as a liaison between CHS office staff and field staff to coordinate schedules and procedures so that we may provide the highest quality of service and satisfaction to our customers. Debbie has blessed us with her patience and kindness for over 13 years.

Shawna joined our team in 2007. She develops, implements, and manages all CHS safety programs. She has the confidence and leadership skills that enforce our Safety Policies and Procedures along with federal, state, and local regulations. Shawna also works with our sales and marketing team which involves working with current customers to foresee their future needs, as well as working to expand our clientele base.

Lori has brought over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing to our company. She knows the ins and outs of CHS so that we can accurately convey what the finished product will look like, how long it might take and what the approximate cost will be to the customer. Lori works with our already established customers to line up new projects, as well as finding and developing relationships with new customers. Her overall goal is to keep CHS busy with new jobs.

Misty coordinates with our operations and estimating team, while overseeing our Portland/Vancouver Branch. She provides leadership in our sales, quality assurance, field staff, and customer satisfaction. She is a multi-talented individual with the focus to drive revenue goals against the challenges facing businesses today. She has been a valuable part of the CHS team since 2008.
